I'm Austin Schwartz, founder of NXTCOURSE. My background spans private chef work, culinary development and the leadership of complex food and beverage operations. That experience has given me a close understanding of hospitality at every level: the food, the team, the guest and the business behind it.
My expertise connects concept development, menu and beverage strategy, financial planning and operational performance. I bring a chef's attention to detail, an operator's understanding of execution and a strategic eye for positioning, brand identity and the ways a space can serve its guests.
I built NXTCOURSE around a belief that hospitality needs to keep evolving. Guest expectations, labor realities and the economics of running a business have changed. Every project deserves a direction shaped by its market, its people and its potential, with creative decisions and financial decisions informing each other from the start.
